Job Description:
We’re seeking a talented E-commerce & Content Manager to join our team. This role combines creativity, precision, and strategy, playing a key part in elevating KINSMEN’s digital presence and brand voice. From curating our website to crafting compelling stories, you’ll help shape the experience of luxury for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with KINSMEN’s brand vision and marketing campaigns.
Write engaging product descriptions, catalog essays, and collection pages that reflect the exclusivity and craftsmanship of our artifacts.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create cohesive messaging for seasonal drops and promotional content.
E-commerce Management:
Oversee website content on Shopify, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
Manage inventory updates and address website-related inquiries in collaboration with directors and the sales team.
Work with directors on new client enquiries and set durable standards in client relationship management.
Analytics & Optimization:
Use HubSpot CRM to manage customer interactions and optimize lead generation efforts.
Analyze content performance data and implement strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with a flair for storytelling and luxury-focused copywriting.
Proven experience managing e-commerce inventory, particularly on Shopify.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven improvements.
Experience in the luxury, fashion, or fine goods industry is highly desirable.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
