🚀 Are you looking to grow your career in e-commerce and work hands-on with online sales platforms, product data, and performance metrics?
IBI Co., a licensed recruitment company (Employment Mediation License No. 2981), is looking for an Online Sales Assistant for one of its long-term partners in the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and tracking online customer orders via ERP/specialized software;
- Managing product availability and final customer pricing across sales channels;
- Creating and maintaining product listings, descriptions, images, and marketing content;
- Working with KPIs and preparing sales reports and analyses (mainly in Excel);
- Coordinating with internal teams regarding orders, products, and deliveries;
- Monitoring competitors and identifying opportunities to expand the product portfolio;
- Working with online marketplaces (Amazon experience is a strong advantage).
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), strong Excel proficiency is a major plus (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.);
- Excellent written and spoken Bulgarian (for internal communication);
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Experience with ERP systems, sales or logistics software is an advantage;
- Experience in online sales and marketplaces (Amazon) is an advantage;
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to develop long-term in e-commerce;
- English language skills are an advantage.
What the Company Offers:
💰 Starting net salary: 1,200 EUR
