Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in CALGARY ALBERTA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and executing events, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Tasks will include managing event logistics, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and coordinating timelines and budgets to guarantee successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to successfully organize and oversee events
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and vendors effectively
  • Experience in Sales is beneficial to support event-related revenue growth strategies
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges during event execution
  • Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation is an asset
