To provide treatment services to Customers in accordance to the company’s quality standards.
– Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
– Check and manage product supplies, medication stock and upkeep all inventory
– Replace soiled linen in treatment room

Lead the team
of Therapist and motivate them to strive for better performance.
– Mentor, guide, lead and train new Therapist.
– Work closely with Marketing and Doctors to create package
– Work closely and manage your team members to ensure outlets’ smooth operation, including manpower planning and duty roster, monitoring staffs’ punctuality, equipment and inventory maintenance as well as other issues
– Assist to handle customer’s complaints, feedback and/or refunds, and/or to direct it to the relevant departments or persons for proper follow up of the case
– Assist to liaise with vendors, sales representative for training, products, machine etc.
– Assist with administrative duties of the clinic
