Role Overview:
COPALA is seeking a reliable and detail-orientedOperations Associateto join our team. This is an entry-level position with room for growth. The Operations Associate will manage order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Training will be provided, but prior experience in fashion or apparel is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
•Order Fulfillment:Process, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently, ensuring all packages meet brand standards.
•Inventory Management:Track, organize, and restock inventory; assist in inventory audits and reporting.
•Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media with professionalism and alignment to COPALA’s brand voice.
•Showroom Maintenance:Keep our downtown Los Angeles showroom organized and presentable for visitors.
•Occasional Errands:Use a personal vehicle to complete local deliveries or pickups related to operations.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
•Preferred:Previous experience in fashion or retail.
•Required:Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
