Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive who will manage day-to-day operational activities including order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and shipping label generation, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain and update inventory records, stock movement, and availability
- Ensure correct packing, tagging, and labeling of products before dispatch
- Track dispatched orders and resolve delivery-related issues
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation for orders, returns, and exchanges
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse coordination
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or Excel
- Knowledge of label generation, dispatch workflows, and logistics coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
