We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to fill the hybrid role of Office Manager and Personal The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager to support daily operations tasks. This role will work mostly within our ERP system while also communicating with our 3PL and retail locations daily. The Operations Coordinator will work to maintain ERP/Inventory accuracy, launch support, data and order management/entry. They will communicate with our 3PL on priority orders. They will also assist the Operations Manager in Frankies Bi-yearly Archive Sale. Finally, this role will be responsible for supporting Retail Operations including entering retail projections, managing retail inventory and communicating with our retail stores.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

ERP System (Apparel Magic) Data Accuracy

●      Assist on inventory transfers for inventory replenishment and order fulfillment

●      Create inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies

●      Support Operations Manager in pre order management

●      Style Uploads

○      Ensure style data accuracy through uploads to our ERP system while following our style dictionary

○      Ensure cost and price accuracy weekly by working with Production and Operations Manager

●      Entering web and retail projections

●      Launch Support

○      Support Operations Manager on new product launches

3PL Communication

●      Inventory projects and organization

●      Production and inventory pull support

●      Enter time sensitive orders for VIPs

●      Manage/track VIP and time sensitive shipments in close coordination with 3PL team

Archive Sale Inventory Support

●      Work and set up Bi-Yearly Frankies Archive Sale in Venice

●      Inventory management for Bi-Yearly Frankies Archive Sale

●      Organizing HQ warehouse

○      Manage traveling inventory from HQ back to 3PL

Retail Operations Support

●      Schedule product knowledge and merchandising appointments

●      Update the Retail Calendar

●      Communicate deliveries and RTVs with stores

●      Ordering retail price tickets

●      Manage retail inventory within our ERP system

Education/Requirements:

·       2+ years experience in Operations, Retail Operations and Merchandising or relevant field

·       Experience work with a 3PL system a must. Apparel Magic ERP is a plus

·       Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills a must

·       Great planning, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must

·       Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task

·       Willingness to learn and work on a team

Salary Range:

The hourly rate salary range for this position is $24-28 per hour.Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience. This full time position is eligible for fully paid health benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
