This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of our US journey. You’ll play a key role in helping build and grow our American operations, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the business expands.
The role involves occasional exhibitions, travel and varied responsibilities, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and hands-on Operations Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of our Houston warehouse and support our growing US business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently and getting things done. We are often based overseas, so we need someone we can trust to manage tasks confidently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving, quality checking and organising incoming stock shipments
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Assisting with customer service enquiries
- Coordinating domestic and international shipments
- Monitoring packaging and warehouse supplies
- Liaising with our teams in Pakistan and the UK regarding stock, quality control and operational matters
- Preparing for and assisting at exhibitions and events
- Helping improve processes and solve operational challenges
- General administrative and ad hoc business support
About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable making decisions and managing tasks without constant supervision
- Friendly, positive and professional
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to speak Urdu/Punjabi
- Comfortable using computers, email and online systems (Shopify experience is a bonus)
- Flexible and happy to help across different areas of the business
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Happy to travel to UK, Pakistan and within USA

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
