Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Operations Management Executive (Lifestyle) to own the operational backbone of our Lifestyle business. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Broadway and our partner brands. You will manage daily operational coordination, stock health, and supply chain execution to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Relationship: Own the day-to-day operational relationship and onboarding with digital-first partner brands.
- Inventory Control: Lead inventory planning, tracking, and timely stock replenishment cycles across all physical stores.
- Execution Coordination: Manage timelines for new brand launches, product drops, and floor replenishments.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor daily sales, stock movement, and key operational metrics using data tools.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports and proactively highlight supply chain insights or issues.
- Cross-Functional Link: Collaborate with Category, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Brand teams for smooth execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify logistical bottlenecks on the retail floor or warehouse and drive immediate resolutions.
- Partner Experience: Act as the dedicated point of contact to ensure partner brands experience frictionless operations.
Requirements And Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, E-commerce brand operations, or D2C supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data structuring).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional stakeholder management, strong follow-through, and a high degree of ownership.
- Work Style: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets to deduce operational gaps and inventory trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle multi-stakeholder interactions.
