Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of both Fulfillment and Logistics functions within Supermall, with a strategic mandate to lead operational expansion into new cities. The ideal candidate will ensure scalable, efficient processes for order fulfillment and delivery, while managing existing operations and managing team expansion to new stores.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including transfers receiving, inventory control and order processing.

Ensure SLA adherence for order processing, fulfillment timelines, and accuracy.

Implement best-in-class warehousing practices to optimize space, throughput, and workforce utilization.

Oversee delivery operations, including in-house fleet and 3PL partners.

Drive improvements in delivery time, cost per order, breach rates, and overall customer experience.

Lead the operational setup for new cities including warehouse identification, partner onboarding, manpower planning, and logistics capability.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Use data-driven decision-making to manage capacity planning, daily operations, and escalations.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across multiple geographies and shifts.

Conduct regular store visits and driver runs to have hands on approach.

Conduct regular meetings with the store supervisors and assistant managers to ensure targets are met.

Publish daily/weekly reports on performance and other aspects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

5–8 years of experience in operations with at least 3 years managing fulfillment and logistics.

Hands-on experience launching new cities or operational sites is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse management system/logistics management system.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational problems using data and process design.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Fulfillment rate, fulfillment time, and order accuracy

Delivery TAT, breach rate, and customer NPS

Store uptime.

Store cost per order.

Inventory accuracy and shrinkage.

New city launch timelines.

Productivity and attendance of operations workforce.
