Job Description
As Operations Manager for North America you will lead the development and execution of all B2B and B2C Sales Operations and Logistic processes for the region. Reporting Directly to the EVP of the Americas.
The role is a key leadership position responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, logistics, fulfillment processes, and customer experience to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products to customers and retail partners.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Establish key performance measures (KPIs) to measure and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain for both direct-to consumer and wholesale channels.
Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Oversee fulfillment order processing, packaging, and shipping to meet customer and wholesale partner expectations.
Implement best practices to minimize errors and improve fulfillment speed.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, overstock and obsolescence.
Collaborate with all functions (product development, design, merchandising, marketing, finance, customer service) to align operations with overall business goals.
Support the commercial channels of the region with administrative and operational support. Develop and implement policies for daily operations creating a more streamlined communication process.
Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure profitability while maintaining service levels.
Handle customer service to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Expert experience building and maintaining internal SOP documentation focused on Wholesale outbound and return activity.
Develop and ensure customer related compliance is maintained and issues are resolved.
Be the Key User for the ERP system, driving system fixes, improvements, and training.
Must facilitate a positive work environment.
Requirements & Qualification
Experience in operations management, fulfillment, supply chain management for international and domestic Wholesale/Retailer accounts– must experience in fashion companies
Experience in working with wholesale or internal sales teams for order management including order fulfillment, shipping and routing requirements for international regulations.
Can strategically work with cross functional teams to drive projects forward, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions backed by data driven reporting.
Experience working closely with a 3PL or dedicated warehouse.
