and experienced Operations Manager for our salon located in Kallang, Singapore.

** Responsibilities**:
Operational
Leadership
:
– Manage and supervise all aspects of salon operations, ensuring a seamless and
efficient workflow
.
– Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards.
Staff Management:
– Recruit, train, and lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring a positive and
collaborative work
environment.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Customer Service:

Able to
communicate in English and Mandarin.
– Foster a
customer-centric
culture, ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
– Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
– Monitor and manage salon inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
– Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of products and supplies.
Quality Assurance
:
– Implement
quality control
measures to ensure services meet or exceed established standards.
– Continuously assess and improve salon processes for enhanced efficiency and
client satisfaction
.
Financial Management:
– Monitor and manage salon budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
– Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals.
Administration and Reporting
– Consolidate, prepare, and present reports to directors and managers
** Requirements**:
– Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon management, with a
proven track record
of success.
– Strong understanding of the hair and beauty industry.
– Exceptional
leadership
and team management skills.
– Effective
communication
and interpersonal abilities.
Availability:
– Immediate availability to start in the role.
Compensation:
– Salary around SGD $6,000 – SGD $15,000 with commission, incentive, and reward based on performance.
