Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Valkyre. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth workflow. The role will require strong organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications
Artist management and planning
Experience in operations management and logistics
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Knowledge of supply chain management
Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is mandatory
Absolute must
He/She must have a min 2/3 experience in the field of Retail/E-commerce/Production/Fashion
Beginners are not welcomed for this role
He/She must be based in Mumbai, preferably the suburbs
He/She must be well versed in Excel and other inventory management softwares
He/She must be ready for an immediate joining subject to selection
