Travel Required: Las Vegas & domestic travel
Salary: $100,000 base, up to $190,000 with performance-based bonuses

Job Overview
Valiant Paris is seeking a strong, assertive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the full retail network. This role has full responsibility for performance, operational control, and leading teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Target Achievement
- Drive annual, monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets for managers and employees
- Analyze performance gaps, build forecasts, and track daily progress
- Manage store managers’ performance and take immediate corrective action
Operational Control
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures, including monitoring systems
- Track daily store activity and handle real-time operational issues
- Supervise attendance, time reports, and payroll
- Maintain consistent daily communication with ownership
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Review sales, foot traffic, and conversion reports
- Conduct weekly performance investigations and identify operational issues
- Ensure accuracy across all reporting systems
Team Leadership & Employee Management
- Lead weekly meetings and ongoing coaching for store managers
- Manage communication channels for teams and ensure timely reporting
- Recruit, onboard, and train employees; address underperformance
- Approve schedules, time-off requests, and staffing plans
Merchandising & Store Standards
- Oversee product organization, inventory, and displays
- Ensure window displays and store presentation meet brand standards
- Monitor customer experience and operational consistency
Pricing & Discount Control
- Enforce discount policies and pricing integrity
- Approve exceptions and monitor profitability targets
Strategic & Operational Oversight
- Conduct monthly team meetings and collaborate on merchandise strategy
- Perform store visits (Miami daily, Las Vegas monthly)
- Travel to trade shows and meet with vendors/suppliers
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail operations management (multi-unit preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and assertive leadership
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and multiple locations
- High availability and responsiveness, including remote support as needed
- Strong English communication skills
- Legal work status in the U.S. required
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: Support store performance remotely as needed
- Sunday: Support store performance remotely as needed
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000
- Performance-based bonuses: up to $90,000
- Total compensation potential: $100,000 – $190,000
Pay: $100,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
