Overview
The primary function of the Order Fulfillment Associate is to process all orders for shipment / delivery of our sales initiatives, including processing orders for ecommerce, wholesale, and our retail stores
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care, making sure every order is ready in accordance with our brand standards
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup
- Hang clothes on different hanger types to prepare products for retail shelving
- Print barcode and UPC tickets to ensure items are tagged and priced properly
- Double-check orders to ensure no errors or missing items against sales orders
- Communicate with team members if issues arise with orders or inventory
- Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, physical counts, and special projects
- Physically pack, deliver, transport, and unload merchandise amongst multiple locations. This is a physically demanding role.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications/Requirements
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Typical schedule is 10pm-6:30pm or 12:30pm-9pm
- Ability to memorize catalog for styles, style names, and price points
- General interest in women’s luxury fashion and retail knowledge a plus
- Strong people, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours
