The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.
What you’ll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.
Maintain customers’ orders and take the needed actions to deliver them on time.
Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant partners and riders, providing possible solutions, and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies and suggest improvements to team leaders.
Act as the first point of contact for any restaurant order-related issue
Demonstrate an understanding of restaurant requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
Address restaurants’ needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems.
What you’ll need:
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a high growth company.
Experience in online marketplaces and startups is a plus.
Must have strong and excellent English communication skills.
On-demand or e-com platform experience is a plus.
