Founded in 2014, Linjer is a design studio with a goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products. (“Linjer” means “lines” in Norwegian — we have Scandinavian roots.) We started Linjer because we were fed up with choosing between unsustainable fast fashion products and overpriced luxury goods. We love quality but don’t love overpaying for logos, so we convinced the suppliers of luxury brands to work with us and produce products of our own design. We sell only on our website, which allows us to sell our products (jewelry, bags and watches) for a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. We love minimalist design and want to make our customers feel great, all while minimizing our harm to the environment.

We are seeking a talented Paid Marketing Manager. This is a truly unique opportunity: our paid marketing function is led by co-founder Roman Khan, who is a world-class marketer (frequently keynoting at the top e-commerce conferences in the world) and has successfully bootstrapped to an ecommerce portfolio with $200M+ in annual revenue. Plus Linjer is doubling in size every year, which means plenty of opportunity for rapid professional growth.

Mission:

The Paid Marketing Manager will play a critical role in leading our paid marketing efforts across various channels, including Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. The primary mission of this role is to drive outstanding return on advertising spend (ROAS) while efficiently scaling our marketing initiatives.

What you’d do:

Develop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and more

Monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and MER

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy

Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with the brand’s messaging and strategy

Manage ad budgets and allocate spend across different campaigns and platforms

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to campaign strategy

Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Identify opportunities to improve our paid marketing strategy/performance

Manage a team that will support on all of the above

Who are we looking for?

You have some experience and previous track record growing paid marketing channels for comparable D2C/retail companies, or you are a mature fresh graduate who shows a lot of promise

You have fluent English

You share the passion and values of our brand

You are target-oriented and have an intense drive to achieve results

You have excellent analytical skills

Your sense of personal style is aligned with Linjer’s, and you have an ability to merchandise (note that we are focused on women’s jewelry…practically speaking, you need to have good intuition as to what kind of visual assets and messaging will appeal to our customers)

You have a genuine interest in women’s fashion and keep up to date on latest trends

You have strong problem solving skills and good judgment/common sense

You are hands-on and have a “can-do” attitude

You are coachable

You have empathy and are able to work well with others, and manage a team effectively
