Duties
Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and hair threading.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and treatments.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, tools, and equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including barbering skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management.
A passion for customer service with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
