Duties:

– Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
– Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track expenses, and optimize profitability.
– Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and upper management.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in retail management( preferred)with a focus on sales and customer service. Willing to train the right candidate.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Prior experience as a sales.
