We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair care.
We have many steady clients with 2 stylists going out on maternity leave we are needing new stylist to take over some of their clientele.
Great opportunity for the right seasoned stylist……or a new stylist who shows great potential that we can train and is ready for a chair.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations
Offer consultations to clients regarding their hair needs, including color theory and styling options.
Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Valid NJ cosmetology license
Proficiency in various hair techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
