We are an Aveda Concept Salon and Spa looking for a hair stylist to join our team. This is a starting salary job then commission. MUST HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
Duties:
– Offering a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
– Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques
– Sanitize and maintain salon tools and equipment
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
– Assist with retail sales of hair care products
– Upsell additional services and products to clients
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology license
– Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Knowledge of retail sales techniques for promoting hair care products
– Ability to upsell additional services and products to clients
