The Role: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

As the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager for our growing omni-channel brand, you will play a crucial role in driving our online growth and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass international expansion, sales forecasting, content management, digital marketing initiatives, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product management, content updates, and trade optimization.

Plan and execute the trade calendar, ensuring promotions are successfully launched onsite.

Monitor and analyse the performance of e-commerce platforms, identifying opportunities for improvement across marketing channels to meet forecasts.

Develop and implement a website content strategy that aligns with the marketing calendar and overarching communication strategy while incorporating best practice SEO strategies.

Collaborate with the retail and merchandising team to deliver a search and merchandising strategy that drives engagement and sales.

Develop sales forecasts by analysing historical data and market trends.

Enhance the customer experience from discovery through to post-purchase.

Digital Marketing:

Work with the COO and Social Media Manager, in collaboration with our digital agency, on paid search and paid social campaigns.

Support the team on other marketing and sales initiatives as required.

Create and implement a website traffic plan, setting goals and benchmarks for achievement.

Enhance brand awareness for the group and its subsidiaries, driving engagement and conversions through compelling digital content.

Continuously explore and evaluate new digital channels and tools to optimize marketing efforts.

Optimize website and social media channels for SEO and usability, utilizing UX principles for ongoing improvements.

Reporting and Analytics:

Measure and report on ROI and KPIs, including Cost per Conversion (CPC), Lead to Close Ratio, Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and Conversion Rates.

Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and engagement metrics, such as Organic Traffic, Engagement, Time Spent on Pages, and Number of Sessions.

Set the Email Marketing calendar and lead the end-to-end process around our campaign activity from strategy to execution.

Use web analytics tools to track website performance and user behaviour, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion retail industry.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, trade management, website operations, and customer experience.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo.

Strong reporting and Analytics skills
