Job Overview
Rexstyles Salon is seeking a talented and passionate Hairstyles t to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hair services to your/our clients while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality hair coloring services, apply hair extensions, and update to date of haircut and styling techniques.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and lengths.
Maintain accurate client records using salon software, including appointment scheduling and service history.
Upsell additional services and products, enhancing the overall client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, beauty techniques, and industry best practices.
Assist with product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions.
Manage clean and organized workspace.
Provide hospitality to all clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty-related role is preferred.
Clientele required
Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to manage time effectively while providing quality services.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
