Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences.
– Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling based on client requests.
– Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
– Utilize strong communication skills to consult with clients and recommend suitable hair treatments.
– Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative services.
– Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional salon experience.
Qualifications
– Customer service skills
– Hair styling experience
– Sanitation knowledge
– Cosmetology or Barbering certification
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficiency in hair extensions and color theory is a plus
– Familiarity with salon software, particularly Meevo
– Retail sales experience and upselling techniques
