We are hiring part-time and full-time stylists & barbers with experience for our brand new Gallatin location! We are currently hiring for primarily evenings and weekends.
We are offering guaranteed hourly pay (or commission whichever is higher) and flat guaranteed pay of $650/week (or commission whichever is higher) for full time staff working 32+ hours a week for the first 6 months of being open!
Pay is commission-based, and we provide your supplies, education, and clientele. Scout’s is a hybrid Salon / Barbershop for men and women in Nashville, Franklin and Chattanooga with eight locations. Full time is considered 32 hours or more per week. We believe in work to live, not live to work!
