Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and hair styling, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideally this candidate will already have some clientele to bring over with them.
Duties
Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services using various techniques, including straight razor and hair threading.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Assist in store management tasks, including maintaining stock levels of products and supplies.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in barbering, hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
Familiarity with salon software is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the salon environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

This is a booth rent/ 1099 position. You keep 100% of what you bring in for services, plus commission for product sales. This is a new shop in a great location, however recommended to have a clientele of your own already.
Rent is $150/week and includes:
