Responsibilities
Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles that suit their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices in techniques and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, styles, and techniques to provide the best service possible.
Handle retail sales of grooming products effectively while utilizing retail math skills.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber with a valid barbering license.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of various barbering techniques and trends in men’s grooming.
Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
Ability to perform nail care or eyelash extensions is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Previous experience in store management or retail sales is advantageous.
