Responsibilities:
Lead by example – outstanding customer service, great communication, amazing attendance, polished appearance, positive attitude – you set the tone for your team
Assist with goal setting, hands-on training, and evaluations for team members
Communicate with upper management on a daily basis
Provide excellent problem resolutions to guests and team members
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the shop
Oversee product orders for retail and shop supplies
Connect with Cosmetology and Barber students to help with recruitment
Qualifications:
Must have an active Texas Barber or Cosmetology license – This is a full time position behind the chair
Must have 3 years of experience in the industry
Must be able to preform all of the services on the Cowboy Up menu
Must have full time availability with full schedule flexibility
