Utilize barbering techniques and straight razor skills to deliver precise and stylish cuts.
Engage in upselling retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to assist clients in choosing the best color options for their hair.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and providing expert advice.
Manage store operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness and organization within the salon environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive atmosphere.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques and straight razor usage.
Ability to upsell products using effective sales techniques.
Understanding of retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
Knowledge of color theory as it pertains to hair coloring services.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Expertise in hair styling techniques across various styles and trends.
Experience in store management is a plus but not mandatory.
