I am seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to assist my busy schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing expert advice on hair care, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including holding foils, washing hair, blow drying and helping apply colors when needed.
Engage in upselling of products and services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to provide clients with expert advice on color choices.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and addressing their concerns or preferences.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
Help order and pick up color inventory.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques.
Strong upselling skills to promote salon services and retail products effectively.
Solid understanding of color theory to assist clients in making informed decisions about their hair color.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
