Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for clients by following Great Clips 5 steps.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling to client preferences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hairstyling.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Perform front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointment bookings.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the salon area, tools, and equipment.
Stay informed about new products and techniques through ongoing education.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by Oklahoma state regulations.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of clipper cuts and fade.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
