Duties
Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to offer clients innovative styles.
Perform eyelash extensions and nail care services as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation standards.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with their development in hair styling techniques.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
Utilize retail math skills to recommend products that suit clients’ hair types and styling needs.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, color theory, and sanitation practices.
Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product recommendations.
Ability to perform eyelash extensions is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists.
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends as needed.
