Responsibilities:
– Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments
– Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves using a straight razor is preferred, but not required.
– Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair styling
– Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment
– Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients
– Utilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and client records
Qualifications:
– Valid cosmetology/barber license
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– 4+ Years experience
