Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cutting and styling.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for home use.
Skills
Proficient in various hairstyling techniques including cutting, clippers, and texturizing.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and services.
