Duties:
– Offer barbering services, including men’s and boys’ haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
– Provide additional services such as hair extensions, nail care, and makeup applications is a plus.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
– Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest trends and techniques.
– Manage the salon floor, ensuring efficient workflow and a high level of productivity.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– The ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks.
– A commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and staying current with the latest hair and beauty trends.
