Exact Schedule That We Are Hiring Multiple Candidates For:
Monday’s 4PM-9PM;
Tuesday’s 4PM-9PM;
Wednesday’s 4PM-9PM, Thursday’s 4PM-9PM
We are seeking a motivated, passionate individual to join our team of instructors! This position involves providing instruction to students through the utilization of the Milady curriculum, along with lesson plans provided by the school. Instructors are expected to ensure school policies are being followed at all times. Each of our programs’ instructors will work closely with the Director of Education to ensure success for all!
Through teamwork, the staff ensures that all supplies and necessary tools are available to provide the best possible education to our students, as they are our #1 priority! An individual who has a solid understanding of what an excellent educational environment looks and feels like is what we are looking for!
Candidates must have the following availability:
Monday – Friday 8:45AM – 4:30PM as well as occasional nights and Saturdays
Responsibilities
Teach the art of Hairdressing and Cosmetology
Follow provided lesson plans for theory and practical curricula
Prepare students to pass the New York State practical and written board examinations for licensure
Oversee client services to ensure proper protocols are being followed
Provide practical demonstrations of facial and makeup applications as well as proper waxing techniques
Record and maintain daily attendance
Record and enter student grades and classroom work
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid NYS Cosmetology License
2 Years Salon Experience
