We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and hair styling tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize straight razors and other tools effectively while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer personalized recommendations.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Use salon software, such as MINDBODY, for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and services to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering techniques and styles to provide clients with modern options.
Foster a positive atmosphere through excellent customer service and effective communication with clients.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficient in hair threading techniques and various hair styling methods.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is preferred.
Knowledge of retail math principles to assist in product sales effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
