This is a part time postion where you have access to the booth, walk ins, and online booking everyday except for 4 hours a day Tuesday-Saturday.
***What We Are Looking For***
Someone who is passionate about barbering, hungry for success, and has a desire to make great money. The shop will have lots of walk-ins and online booking appointments due to an aggressive marketing approach. A serious barber will have no issue getting their business up and running. We are looking to help build the client base of a barber looking for a new shop home.
***Lets Talk About Money***
We have found that barbers at our shop are more successful under a booth rent model of $120 a week. Don’t worry if you don’t have clients yet because we start the booth rent low and build you up to $120 a week over the course of 30 days. So when you work harder you make more, not the shop. You make your own schedule and prices to have the flexibility needed to not miss big moments in life while still making great money in the shop. We will explain this more if hired…
***Shop Experience***
While we are not perfect, we try to be a mini family here. As the owner I do not breath down your back micro managing you. We are all professionals and adults and I treat everyone as such. We have a open schedule system where you make your own schedule because family time is just as important as working time. We also have a online booking system so booking appointments is easy a hassle free for you. We Put The Barber 1st.
***To Be Considered You Must be Able To:***
Cut or Style Fine or Coarse Grades of Hair.
Provide Excellent customer service.
Be Licensed by the State of California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology or be registered in a barber school offering Apprenticeship licenses.
