Mode Search is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing contemporary brand to support the search for a Global Marketing Manager. This is a newly created and pivotal role as the brand enters an exciting period of expansion, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a dynamic and creative environment.

This is the perfect opportunity for a 360 marketing manager looking to move into a part-time role (4 days a week) based in London, with a hybrid set-up of 2-3 days per week in the office, will lead the 360 marketing strategy: Social, Digital, CRM, and Omnichannel campaigns. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with the creative team.

The Role

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across all channels, with a strong focus on paid search and Google Analytics.

Oversee social media management, community engagement, and content creation for platforms including Instagram and Pinterest.

Manage Mailflow and email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots to create compelling content for the website and social channels.

Collaborate closely with design and commercial teams across both the fashion and interior design divisions.

Ensure the marketing output aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and tone of voice.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to optimise marketing efforts.

Actively contribute to the brand’s continued growth and support the roll-out of new initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and brand presence.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing within the fashion or interior design industries.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, with proven skills in paid search, social media, and Google Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to create and manage high-quality, visually compelling content.

Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with contemporary fashion and interior design trends.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Highly organised and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a standalone role
