We are looking for a confident and passionate Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to support our new Armadale store. This role involves a combination of luxury client service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with A-ESQUE’s brand ethos and service standards.
- Overseeing daily store and sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Cultivate and expand the client database through thoughtful, personalised engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain in-store presentation, whilst supporting and executing brand marketing initiatives.
- Manage online sales operations, including order processing and dispatch, with precision and care.
- Represent A-ESQUE with unwavering professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in customer facing retail roles within a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational capabilities, with a polished and professional manner.
- CRM experience and understanding.
- Proven background in Visual Merchandising.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient and accurate operations.
- A genuine passion for fashion, accessories, and the luxury retail landscape.
- Holder of a valid Driver Licence.
Preferred:
- Background in fashion, design or art.
- Experience in a luxury fashion retail environment.
