We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
Duties:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
– Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
– Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
– Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales preferred
– Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
– Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
– Excellent customer service abilities
– Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
