Part-Time Sales Associate / Stylist – Women’s Fashion Jobs in Sanibel at The Osprey Woman’s Fashion
Ulli’s is a well-established women’s resort wear boutique on Sanibel Island, part of the Back of the Bay group, which also includes two well-known locations on 5th Avenue in Naples and an outlet store. Since opening last year, Ulli’s has become known for its large selection of premium brands and collections, as well as its exceptional customer service. Our boutiques are staffed by expert stylists who provide personalized wardrobe advice, helping clients create their perfect look.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting and styling outfits, offering personalized fashion advice
- Maintain the boutique’s presentation and merchandise displays
- Process sales transactions and manage fitting rooms
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and inspiring shopping experience
Qualifications:
- Passion for women’s fashion and styling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Retail experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time 1 day (10am-5pm)
- During peak season, there may occasionally be additional short shifts (approximately 4 hours each), depending on how busy the store is.
- Causeway toll will be covered for employees living off the island.
