SIMKHAI is seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward, and customer service–driven Part-Time Stylist to join our team for the peak summer season in Southampton, NY. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is dedicated to delivering an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set by store leadership
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the brand, collection, and merchandise to enhance the client experience and maximize sales
- Confidently use POS and email systems to support daily business needs
- Maintain visual presentation standards and support general store upkeep throughout the day
- Adhere to company loss prevention policies and procedures to help protect inventory and minimize shrink
- Communicate effectively with store leadership and teammates
- Occasionally open and close the store, adhering to policies & protocol.
Sales & Performance:
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store goals
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients in order to maximize selling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships beyond the initial sale by capturing client information and fostering repeat business
- Support weekly clienteling and outreach efforts
- Approach the business with a multitasking mindset and strong team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Must have 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or a client-facing sales role
- Must have a strong sense of personal style with a deep appreciation for fashion and current trends
- Must have a passion for delivering an elevated, client-first experience
- Must have demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates in Southampton
