Full Job Description
We are looking for a creative Stylist/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and an eye for detail. The Stylist will be responsible for creating unique looks for our clients, helping them select clothing and accessories that match their individual style, and providing advice on the latest trends. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of style, and a desire to make each client look their best.
Requirements:
Outgoing & personable
Must love fashion
Excellent customer service skills, a passion for cultivating relationships and helping women look and feel great!
Familiarity with all social media channels
Previous retail (boutique) experience preferred but not required
Must be available at least two weekend shifts a month
Responsibilities:
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Educate yourself on the merchandise and how to create shops within the store
Style mannequins, displays and tables
Assist with social media posts and Lives
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
