Do you love fashion, connecting with women, and helping someone feel absolutely beautiful the moment they look in the mirror? Our women’s boutique is looking for an outgoing, friendly, sales-driven Fashion Stylist to join our team full-time.
This is more than just retail , we’re looking for someone who knows how to create an experience. From greeting customers with warmth, helping them find the perfect fits, getting them excited to step into the dressing room, and confidently closing the sale at the register, our Fashion Stylists help women leave feeling confident and seen.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Build relationships and create a personalized styling experience
- Help customers select flattering outfits and encourage dressing room try-ons
- Recommend complementary pieces and accessories to complete the look
- Provide exceptional customer service from hello to checkout
- Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store beautiful
- Work alongside the team in a positive, supportive boutique environment
- Help drive sales goals through styling, upselling, and customer connection

- Flexible with scheduling
- Available part-time, weekends and holidays ONLY
- Professional, polished, and ready to represent our boutique brand well

- Previous retail, styling, or boutique sales experience
- A strong eye for putting together outfits
- Confidence with social media, live selling, or customer outreach
Pay: $15.00 per hour
