Job Description:
Daily duties include (but are not limited to):
● Providing thorough consultations for new clients
● Provide additional services, washing, styling, thinning, altering pieces
● Completing daily office tasks, answering and returning calls/messages
● Staying productive during “downtime hours” by following our “downtime list” of job duties which involve building and strengthening the business, team, and yourself.
Our Ideal Candidate
We prefer an artist who holds a valid UT Cosmetology License or has had once previously but more importantly we are looking for someone who has a passion for brightening and improving the lives of those around them through showing love and care in their services. Long-Term Career
We have different levels of base pay: based on your experience, weekly earnings, and time of service with our team. Each new level contains a higher base wage that allows you to grow with years of commitment.
Monthly Bonus opportunities up to $500 per month. Every new team member starts off in training for the first 90 days.
Training-
No Experience- $10/hour (90 days of onboarding, must hit *KPIs to move up a level)
Artists- $10-$14/hour (90 days of onboarding, must hit *KPIs to move up a level)
*KPI= Key Performance Indicators
90 Day Onboarding Schedule:
Tue-Fri: 9am-5pm (32 hrs per week)
● Month 1: Focuses on core values, product knowledge, consulting steps, unique selling points and client’s experience pathway
● Month 2: Emphasizes client experience, application of skills, troubleshooting, and office work.
● Month 3: Fine-tuning service times, improving skill efficiency, understanding retail aspects, and striving to achieve KPIs
Required KPI’s by end of 90 days:
● Monthly Closing Rate = 75% or higher
● Punctuality Of Appointment = 90% or higher
● Productivity Of Daily Task Rate = 75% or higher
● Number of fixes per month = no more than 3
● Punctuality Of Service = 80% or higher
You must hit all KPIs + a minimum of 32 hours a week prior to being eligible for monthly Sales Bonuses.
*Once you hit your KPI’s, finish your training and are eligible for your bonuses. You will be able to increase your pay by 30% to 60%
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 27 per week
