Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the Partners Team at FatFace.

We are seeking someone who will play a key role in the department, delivering crucial operational tasks to ensure a successful Partners business. An individual with experience in operations, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Excellent computer skills and a drive to learn new things.

There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join our team. We have big growth targets with our existing Partners such as Next, M&S and N Brown and plans for international expansion too!

Role Responsibilities

the stock allocations for all wholesale partners, working closely with the external partners on shipment planning.

all product data and imagery to our Partners to meet all their requirements pre delivery.

of all Partner shipments, liaising with both the DC and our Partners to ensure we hit agreed delivery dates.

the relationship with Finance for invoicing and stock reconciliation.

and maintain key reports used within the team and the wider business, via both Excel and Power BI.

DC Ops packs with weekly intake and shipment forecasts as well as fulfilled shipments volumes.

a strong relationship with the external Partners operational teams, ensuring all product set up is complete before planning deliveries.

Use of D365/NEXT NPS, Board, Power BI, Microsoft Office programmes. Content management systems. Imagery management systems.
