Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and highly connected Partnerships Agent to manage a dynamic roster of celebrity glam artists across hair, makeup, nails and wardrobe styling, as well as content creators. This role will own and drive brand partnership strategy, lead revenue generation, and oversee end-to-end deal execution while aligning artists with impactful, culturally relevant collaborations. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong network across brands, PR, and talent teams and a proven ability to convert relationships into revenue-generating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent & Roster Management

• Manage a high-volume roster of talent with varying levels of activity and demand

• Oversee daily business operations such as calendar management, inbound and outbound brand requests, deal tracking, contract coordination, and crossfunctional communication

• Own outbound pitching strategy, proactively identifying and securing partnership opportunities aligned with talent positioning and market demand

• Translate real-time cultural insights into actionable pitching strategy, securing timely, high-impact brand opportunities

• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with talent to support career development and long-term success

Deal Negotiation & Contract Management

• Lead negotiation across a range of partnership structures, including long-term brand ambassadorships, high-visibility red carpet and event placements, and digital/content collaborations

• Structure deals across usage, exclusivity, licensing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and protect talent interests

• Oversee full lifecycle management of partnerships, including client relations, tracking, and managing all deliverables

Team Leadership & Operations:

• Manage and mentor junior team members, improving workflows and overall team eRiciency while simultaneously reporting into and collaborate with department director

• Oversee high-volume administrative operations, including database management, scheduling, event RSVPs, artist product requests and media interview requests

• Liaise with booking agents to coordinate talent availability, scheduling, and project alignment

• Manage and oversee department social media account

Brand & Client Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand, PR, and marketing teams to drive repeat and long-term partnerships

• Identify new business opportunities and actively develop brand and talent relationships to expand partnership pipeline

• Represent talent and agency in external meetings, events, and industry moments

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in talent management, brand partnerships, public relations, influencer marketing, or agency representation within beauty, fashion, or digital industries

• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring complex agreements across usage, exclusivity, and deliverables

• Deep understanding of cultural, fashion, and beauty trends, with the ability to translate insights into strategic opportunities

• Established network across brands, PR, and talent teams • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Position is a hybrid and requires three (3) days in office
