As we prepare for upcoming New York Fashion Week projects, we are working with a select group of designers and developing active partnership opportunities tied to these presentations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to support outreach and conversion of active opportunities connected to NYFW.
This role is focused on turning existing interest into confirmed partnerships. You will be working with a live pipeline, engaging brands, following up on conversations, and helping move opportunities toward close.
This is not a passive or purely administrative role. It is best suited for someone comfortable initiating conversations, staying consistent with follow-ups, and driving outcomes.
The position is performance-based, with compensation tied directly to meetings, partnerships, and deals generated. As traction is established, the role is designed to transition into a more structured monthly arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to brands, partners, and existing contacts within our pipeline
- Follow up consistently to move conversations forward
- Present partnership opportunities tied to NYFW and designer projects
- Maintain organized tracking of conversations and outreach activity
- Support the closing process through clear and timely communication
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with outreach, calls, and follow-ups
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Interest in fashion, brand partnerships, or events
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment
Compensation Structure
This role is performance-based, with earnings tied to:
- Qualified meetings generated
- Partnerships secured
- Deals closed
This structure is designed to directly reward output and contribution to growth. As consistent results are established, the role transitions into a monthly compensation model.
