Organic Basics is searching for a structured and curious Partnerships Coordination to expand our efforts within influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive in building collaborations from the ground up and foster existing relationships. This role requires a candidate who has experience planning and executing influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube while also understanding the commercial value of marketing partnerships.

The role is full-time and with a preferred start date in April.

What you will do:

Review and process inbound partner applications, including influencers and affiliate partners

Plan and execute influencer collaborations directly with content creators and/or talent agencies

Create collection and campaign briefs together with the Creative Team.

Review content created by the partners and ensure it meets the brand standard.

Research and recruit new influencer partners based on specific criterias: Gen Z-focused, Sustainable Fashion, Minimal Living, etc.

Have sole ownership of the Gifted-only partnerships’ sub-channel.

Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Work with various tools & software, including CRMs, e-commerce platforms, affiliate networks/plug-ins, influencer tool, etc,

Report to the Head of Partnerships on your campaigns’ performance based on commercial KPI’s.

You are someone who has:

Between 1-2 years talent agency or previous influencer management experience

Previous experience working with lifestyle or fashion influencers

An understanding of influencer payment structures: flat fees, hybrid payments and commissions.

Internal stakeholder management experience.

Worked or is comfortable working with dashboards, data, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Focus on the commercial value of the partnership’s efforts while maintaining a high degree of creativity.

Understanding of e-commerce KPIs (E.g: ROAS, AOV) and metrics in Influencer Marketing (E.g: CPM, ER).

Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
